    Shout is the UK's free, 24/7 text messaging support service for anyone struggling to cope. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, feeling overwhelmed, or need to talk, text SHOUT to 85258 to connect with a trained volunteer.

  • SAMARITANS – OPEN 24/7 CALL 116 123
    A confidential listening service available day and night for anyone experiencing emotional distress or suicidal thoughts.

  • LOCAL CRISIS TEAM
    Many areas have dedicated crisis resolution or home treatment teams that offer rapid support during acute mental health episodes.

    Organisations such as Mind, Rethink Mental Illness, and local wellbeing hubs offer information, emotional support, and guidance on accessing crisis care.
